Schwarzenberg | Schwarzenberg Tour
Tour for experienced cyclists in the Bödele area, affording stunning views of Schwarzenberg and the mountains of the Bregenzerwald.
The tour commences in Schwarzenberg with a climb to the Klausbergvorsäß. From there, you cycle towards the Bödele ara and then to the Bergvorsäß. Take a breather and enjoy the lovely view – it’s worth it. At the Lorenapass, the path then turns into a tarmacked road and takes you back to Schwarzenberg.
Directions
From Schwarzenberg, a tarmacked agricultural path takes you up to the Klausbergvorsäß, an alpine pasture settlement typical of the Bregenzerwald, featuring many huts. A short time later you will reach Lustenau hut. You now take a busy path to the Bödele. From the Bödele, take the road towards Schwarzenberg. After the Weißtannen alpine pasture, an agricultural path in the forest turns off to the left: this leads to the Geißkopf area. At the end of a steep forest descent, you arrive at the Bergvorsäß where you can enjoy stunning views. Just beneath the Lorenapass, the path once again turns into a tarmacked road which takes you down to Schwarzenberg.
